It doesn’t matter where you live, you don’t need to come into the office. Our paperwork is interactive and anything that needs to be signed can be done electronically.
Transferring a property between parties is cheaper that doing a sale contract and acting for a seller and a purchaser which would double the price at least. This way you can transfer one property and we do the work for two parties so when you look at it that way you could split the bill between you or look at it that you have saved at least $770.
Excludes any lender, land titles office or state revenue office fees IF applicable.
This will include paperwork to get the name/s changed as per your instructions.
A Transfer of title is not, a purchase of a property nor a sale of a property, it is simply adding or removing a name from title that is already in your possession or that of your lender. Follow these links if you actually need a sale quote or purchase quote.
Our fees are inclusive of everything you should need, and our forms are interactive so you shouldn’t need to print anything!

On return of this information we shall email some information to you which will include an agreement of our costs and so forth, upon your acceptance and return we complete under that contract.
